| There are 18 cottages and 3 rooms (no kitchen). Each cottage's floor plan is different, making each cottage stay unique.
Some cottages are stand-alone while others are in groups of no more than three. There are three 2nd floor cottages, Crows Nest, Cocktail and Coconut. Half the cottages are truly directly on the beach -- closer to a white-sand, snorkeling beach than any other accommodation on the island. The rest of the cottages are not far, though, situated directly behind the beachfront cottages and still consdered beachfront by St. Croix standards.

Palm -
This beachfront cottage has great breezes, high wooden ceilings, comfortable furniture, a spacious kitchen, a king bed and room for a twin bed in the kitchen area, if needed. |

Coral -
This newly renovated and colorful one bedroom cottage is beachfront with a front kitchen and living/dining area and a bedroom in the back with a king bed. There is room in the front room for an extra twin, if needed. |

Completely renovated in the fall of 2007, this beachfront cottage is fresh and unique with it’s bright colors, open floor plan and tropical decorating. If combined with the attached Syliva’s Room, it makes a great cottage for larger families. |

This updated and popular beachfront cottage has two very nice and spacious patios, a king bed, good space and a kitchen area. If combined with Chocolate Cottage, it makes a great room for larger families or parties traveling together.

Remodeled in the Fall of 2007 this cottage has the feel of a true beachfront cottage with it’s bright colors, tropical designs, open floor plan and relaxing view of the water. |

Crows
Nest -
One of our only second floor cottages, Crows Nest is newly renovated and popular for it's breezes, privacy, and views from the deck/patio of downtown Frederiksted, the mountains and the sea. The cottage has a kitchen and dining area in the front and a bedroom area in the back, separated by a closet and a bathroom.

Compass Rose -
This cute, cozy and newly renovated beachfront cottage lies below Crows Nest cottage so it is one of the closest cottages to the beach. Step off your private patio right onto the beach! This cottage has the same floor plan as Crows Nest, with a bathroom and closet separating the front room from the back.

Chart
House -
Remodeled in the fall of 2006, Chart House boasts breathtaking views of Frederiksted, the mountains and the sea from it's front wall full of windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea . This cottage has two large rooms separated by a bathroom and galley kitchen.

This garden view cottage has a front kitchen and dining area, with room for extra beds, if needed. It also has a separate bedroom and two full bathrooms - great for a family.

Cowry, Cone Shell, and Cockle Shell -
These cottages are our three identical garden view cottages. They all have one large room with a king bed, a bathroom, a kitchen area, and some room for an extra twin, if needed. They also boast high, wooden ceilings and rustic charm. Cockle and Cowry cottages are adjoining for couples traveling together or for larger families.

Commodore's
Villa -Our largest Cottage, the Villa has one bedroom (and a second bedroom and bathroom if combined with Crew Cottage). It also has a very large living area, a large kitchen, a covered breezeway and a large cement, uncovered patio great for groups.) |

Chocolate - One of our only cottages without a full kitchen, Chocolate sits beachfront and has a very tropical feel with it's sunken bedroom and large French door. This cottage is “air-conditioning” only, without the open window breezes. |

Coconut -
Built above Cruzan Cottage in 2004, (second floor cottage) Coconut has emerged as a guest favorite with its open floor-plan, large kitchen area, and great views of the water from it's sunny windows and large private deck.
