Our Cottages

What to expect from our property

We are located on the beach, just about a mile west of Frederiksted. We have 27 cottages total on property, and though we wisht hey could all be located right next to the sand, only a few do we consider beach front. That being said we offer three types of cottages which you can learn more about below!

Premium Beach Front

These are our best cottages and most booked cottages giving you the full beach front experience whether in the sand out front of your cottage or enjoying the views from your patio or window, or even just enjoying the sound of the waves outside from wherever you may be in your cottage.

Sea View

Though these cottages aren’t beach front they still boast a wonderful view of our Caribbean Sea and in just a few steps from your cottage you too will be enjoying the sandy beach and swimming in the refreshing water.

Garden View

Though not our closest in proximity to the beach these cottages are still loved by our regulars, because at the end of the day the beach is still only less than a minute walk from anywhere on our property! These cottages are still some of our most beloved due to the character we try to give to every one of our cottages. You may even find that you can still see the beach or hear the waves from some of these cottages.

We offer beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, and a book nook for beachside reading.
