Cottage Theme: Nautical Maps
Charthouse Cottage is a stand-alone cottage located on the south side of our property with unobstructed views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. This cottage consists of two large rooms that are connected by a galley kitchen. Charthouse has a king bed and a twin bed in the front room and 1 twin with a twin trundle in the back. The bathroom has an oversized walk in shower. This cottage has a private, secluded deck on the back side of the cottage with a separate door.

Cottage Theme: Beach Blue Elegance
Crow’s Nest Cottage, our most popular cottage, is a second floor cottage (above our Compass Rose Cottage) located in our iconic beachfront, two story building that sits right at the waters edge. It consists of two rooms that are connected by a hallway. The front room, closest to the ocean, has a full kitchen, dining area and a day bed with amazing views. The bedroom has a king bed and the colorful bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. The view from the deck of this beachfront cottage is like no other, with completely unobstructed views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea.

Cottage Theme: St Croix Carnival
Carnival Cottage is a stand-alone cottage located in the center of our property. Also referred to as “the honeymoon cottage,” Carnival is decorated with a “Caribbean carnival” theme and consists of a large, open concept floorplan with a king bed, twin bed, dining area and the best kitchen on our property. It has two large glass doors that open to a spectacular, beachfront porch. The extra, large bathroom with a walk-in shower helps to make this cottage a guest favorite.

A “Coconut” is a large delicious, edible fruit found on a Coconut Palm tree.

Coconut Cottage, one of our 5 premium cottages, is a large, colorful, second-floor cottage located above our Cruzan Cottage with an open concept floor plan, a king bed, a beautiful kitchen, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small nook off of the main room with a twin bed. The spacious waterfront deck overlooks the beach and the crystal, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Cottage Theme: Mermaids
Cocktail Cottage, one of our 5 premium cottages, is a second floor cottage next to our Coconut Cottage. It has an open concept floor plan, a king bed, a beautiful kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back of the cottage features a room with a built-in twin bed for a third guest. The spacious waterfront deck overlooks the beach and the crystal, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This cottage also offers a deck on the back side of the cottage that looks out over the property and the island behind the Cottages.

Cruzan
“Cruzan” is the name of our local rum, Cruzan Rum, a company started by our relatives, the Skeoch family, but a Crucian is the name given to the residents of St Croix. We, the Benedict family, are of Crucian heritage.

Cruzan Cottage is a reflection of the islands Crucian people and is located in the center of our property next to our Chocolate Room and is best known as the cottage with “the gigantic, raised waterfront patio with the million dollar view.” Situated behind the furnished patio is an elegant cottage that features an open concept floor plan with king and twin beds, a kitchen, and bathroom.

Carib Cottage is located in the center of our property next to Carmen Cottage and features an open-concept floorplan with a king bed and spacious bathroom at the rear of the cottage. At the front, you’ll find a galley kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a pull out loveseat, and a comfortable, beachfront patio perfect for relaxing.

Cottage Theme: Compass Rose
Compass Rose Cottage is the downstairs cottage (below our Crow’s Nest Cottage) located in our iconic beachfront, two-story building that sits right at the water’s edge. Compass Rose is a small, two-room cottage, with a kitchen and living area at the front of the cottage and a small bedroom with a king bed at the rear of the cottage. A hallway and a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower separate the two rooms. Double glass doors lead out to a bright and breezy patio that sits right at the edge of the beach. This cottage is not recommended for guests with children.
