Charthouse Cottage

You cannot get any closer to the sand and the sea anywhere on the island than in our Charthouse Cottage! With a wall of windows facing the beach, this large, stand-alone cottage has unobstructed views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. This stand alone cottage consists of two large rooms that are connected by a galley kitchen. Charthouse has a king bed and an L-shaped sleeper sofa in the front room and a queen, pullout sofa at the back of the cottage. The spacious bathroom has an oversized walk in shower. A large breakfast nook completes the interior of this cottage. Charthouse also features a furnished, private, secluded deck on the back side of the cottage facing the beach and the daily sunsets.

Carnival Cottage

“Carnival” is a term which refers to the annual, festive event that takes place on all Caribbean islands.

Cottage Theme:  St Croix Carnival

Carnival Cottage is a large, colorful, stand-alone cottage located in the center of our property.  Also referred to as “the honeymoon cottage,” Carnival is decorated with a “Caribbean carnival” theme and consists of an open concept floorplan with a king bed, built-in twin bed, dining area and the best kitchen on our property.  It has two large glass doors that open to a spectacular, beachfront patio..  The elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower helps to make this cottage a guest favorite.

Cocktail Cottage

A “Cocktail” is a mixed, alcoholic beverage.

Cottage Theme:  Mermaids

Cocktail Cottage  is a second floor cottage next to our Coconut Cottage. It has an open concept floor plan, a king bed, a beautiful kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The back of the cottage features a room with a built-in twin bed for a third guest. The spacious waterfront deck overlooks the beach and the crystal, clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This cottage also offers a deck on the back side of the cottage that looks out over the property and the island behind the Cottages.

Carib Cottage

“Carib” is the name of indigenous people from the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean.  St Croix is part of the Lesser Antilles.

Carib Cottage is located in the center of our property next to Carmen Cottage and features an open-concept floorplan with a king bed and spacious bathroom at the rear of the cottage. At the front, you’ll find a galley kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a pull out loveseat, and a comfortable, beachfront patio perfect for relaxing. Carib Cottage has an adjoining door to our Carmen Cottage making it ideal for larger families.
